Aircraft Hangars
The foundation of our aircraft hangars lies in their robust structural design. We use a dual-hinged frame lifting design to facilitate erection and ensure optimal safety and deployability, wherever needed. High-strength aluminium profiles are used throughout the frame, offering a perfect balance of durability and weight efficiency. This lightweight design minimizes the overall structure's load while maintaining exceptional strength.
While our hangars are designed for efficient assembly, it's important to note that this process should be undertaken by qualified professionals. Our team of experienced installers possesses the expertise and tools necessary to ensure the hangar is erected quickly and according to the highest safety standards. This professional installation minimizes risks and ensures the hangar is operational with as little downtime as possible.

Product description
Durable weather protection
Protecting your aircraft from the elements is paramount. Our hangars are covered with a heavy-duty PVC tarpaulin specifically designed to resist the elements. This weatherproof material provides a reliable barrier against rain, snow, sun, and harmful UV rays. The PVC tarpaulin is renowned for its durability and resistance to tearing and abrasion, ensuring long-lasting protection of the aircraft. Our hangars are designed for exceptional performance in a wide range of climatic conditions. The assembly can be deployed with minimal preparation in environments classified as A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, and C0 according to AECTP 230 in accordance with STANAG 4370 (tolerating temperatures from -19°C to 49°C).
Superior wind resistance and snow load capacity
Once fully assembled and anchored with all doors closed, these shelters withstand wind speeds up to 40 m/s, exceeding the requirements set forth in EN 1991-1-4 for 'category II terrain'.
When fully assembled, correctly anchored, and with all openings closed, our hangars are built to bear significant snow loads. They can withstand a minimum snow load of 75 kg/m² (in accordance with EN 1991-1-3).
Secure anchoring system
Our hangars prioritize the complete security of sheltered aircrafts. To achieve this, we incorporate a versatile anchoring system that adapts to the specific deployment terrain. For deployment on dense soil or gravel, heavy-duty pegs ensure secure anchoring. Where a concrete slab is required, chemical anchors are used to ensure a firm and long-lasting anchoring. In these cases, we employ a robust chemical anchoring system that creates an exceptionally strong connection between the hangar and the foundation. This comprehensive approach guarantees that the aircraft remains safe and secure inside the hangar, even during the most challenging weather conditions.
