Frame
Our aircraft hangars are constructed from high-strength aluminium profiles and utilize a two-hinged frame design for stability. These hangars are ideal for a variety of applications, including aircraft storage, maintenance, and repair.
Weatherproof Tarpaulin
Our durable PVC tarpaulins are engineered to resist rain, snow, sun, and UV rays. This tear-resistant and abrasion-proof material provides long-lasting protection for your aircraft. Our hangars are designed to meet stringent climate standards (A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, and C0 according to AECTP 230, STANAG 4370) and can withstand wind speeds up to 40 m/s (EN 1991-1-4, category II terrain) and snow loads up to 75 kg/m² (EN 1991-1-3).
Secure Anchoring
We have developed a versatile anchoring system that adapts to any deployment terrain. We utilize heavy-duty pegs to ensure a secure hold for dense, cohesive soil or gravel. Where a concrete slab is required, chemical anchors are used to ensure firm and long-lasting anchoring. This comprehensive approach guarantees the aircraft remains safe and secure inside the hangar, even during the most challenging weather conditions.
Options
We offer a variety of customization options to tailor the hangar to specific needs. This may include customizing the hangar size to perfectly accommodate a specific aircraft.
Door configurations can also be customized to facilitate ease of access and maneuverability within the hangar space. For maximized access efficiency, we offer high-speed aircraft doors, opening in 2 minutes for an 18 x H5 m door area. The lightweight fabric construction facilitates fast operation and provides good insulation properties.
Ventilation systems can be integrated to ensure proper airflow and temperature control, creating an ideal environment for aircraft storage and maintenance.
Furthermore, to ensure efficient delivery and deployment, our hangars can be conveniently packaged for transport in open-side CSC containers to simplify on-site deployment.
