LANCO supplied deployable shelter solutions to the Royal Navy and British Army during two field exercises in October 2025, demonstrating practical capability across command, medical and CBRN-decontamination roles. Our on-site representative, Christopher Beavan, delivered presentations and worked directly with military and industry partners to test concepts under realistic conditions.
Exercise CAMBRIAN PATROL

Between October 6-10 at Sennybridge Camp Military, representatives from around the globe, including VIPs from the UK Governments, MoD and defence industry were hosted at the 160th (Welsh) Brigade’s international capability and innovation suite, in the finale to Exercise CAMBRIAN PATROL 2025.
LANCO presented four tent models tailored to modern infantry requirements:
- The ARZ 20 inflatable shelter integrated with a Babcock General Logistic Vehicle (GLC) via a vehicle sleeve to form a rapid command post concept.
- The RES 27 rapid expeditionary shelter which served as a pre-hospital treatment Team facility and field-hospital concept, demonstrated alongside Disc-O-Bed EU GmbH, Horizon Utility Supplies, GOLZ UK and the Royal Army Medical Corps.
- The AZF 29 inflatable shelter illustrated a unit and brigade-level deployable headquarters, hosting Edgar Brothers, BCB International Ltd and Royal Artillery personnel.
- The RDT S 36 exoskeleton tent operated as a VIP briefing area for 160th (Welsh) Brigade HQ, also showing the assembly of QUICKBLOCK® ballistic and blast-protection building blocks, while facilitating presentations to visiting public personalities.

Special thanks go to Brigadier Mark Davis CBE, Commander 160th (Welsh) Brigade and Major James Wright, SO2 Engagement for inviting LANCO UK to attend this first prestigious event.
Exercise TOXIC HARMONY

The following week, Chris participated in Exercise TOXIC HARMONY, held from October 13-15 at Commando Logistics Regiment in Chivenor Devon. LANCO supported Exercise TOXIC HARMONY, a casualty-decontamination exercise led by the Medical Squadron, presenting wet decontamination best practice with two purpose-designed products:
- The personal decontamination shower provided precise support for stretcher-bound casualties and paired HAZMAT responder decontamination.
- The two-lane ARZ inflatable decon showerenabled simultaneous decontamination for ambulatory and stretcher casualties, with separate disrobe, shower and rerobe chambers. The system was paired with LANCO’s 110 V water heater which meets UK HSE Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Special thanks go to Lt Michelle Carter RN and the CBRN advisors from the Defence Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Centre for the invitation and collaboration.
These two exercises reinforced our expertise in rapid-deployment systems and CBRN-capable wet decontamination solutions.
