CLADIS Bunk Bed XL
The CLADIS Bunk Bed is designed for use in military deployments, civil protection operations, field hospitals, triage centres, fire stations, and rescue missions. Each unit functions as a standalone cot, and two units can be stacked into a bunk configuration using the supplied corner connectors. This doubles the available sleeping capacity without increasing the floor area.

Steel frame
The frame is made from high-strength steel with a powder-coated finish. The coating protects against corrosion in outdoor storage and repeated transport, and the structure is built for years of field use with minimal maintenance. The same corner connector is used across all three sizes (L, XL, and 2XL), so a single set of accessories serves the full product range. When not in use, the frame collapses flat for efficient transport and storage. Custom frame dimensions can be produced on request for projects with non-standard requirements.
Fabric
The sleeping surface is a 550 dtex polyester fabric with a polyurethane coating, weighing 240 g/m². It is water-resistant and UV-stable, retaining its strength and function through prolonged outdoor exposure and repeated deployment. Fire resistance is certified to DIN 4102-1 B1, the German standard for hard-to-ignite building materials, which is widely referenced in EU tender specifications.
The fabric is available in five colours (off-white, orange, blue, olive green, and black), covering camouflage, high-visibility, and institutional requirements.
Each bed is supplied with a protective carrying bag made from the same fabric, which keeps the disassembled unit clean and intact during transport and between deployments.
